WHAT DEFINES ELENA LYAKIR FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY?
Elena Lyakir’s work is characterized by conceptual depth, emotional resonance, contemplative atmosphere, and a distinctive poetic visual language.
Evocative, painterly vision
Images emphasize mood and atmosphere over literal representation, using light, texture, and composition to create poetic, dreamlike scenes that speak to each person individually.
Nature and landscape are used to create a dialogue between the internal and external realms.
Limited editions and museum-quality
Each piece is produced in carefully limited runs, numbered, signed, and accompanied by certificates of authenticity, ensuring long-term value.
Archival inks and papers are used to maximize longevity and contribute to the work’s potential long-term desirability among collectors.
Large-scale
Prints are created for impact: expansive formats that retain fine detail, tonal depth, and subtle color gradations suitable for galleries, hospitality projects, and curated interiors.
Suitability for varied environments
The nature-inspired calming imagery’s contemplative qualities make it adaptable to residential, corporate, healing, and hospitality projects, functioning as focal points without overwhelming surrounding design while simultaneously elevating curated spaces where scale, material quality, and mood are paramount.

PRINTING PROCESSES
Pigment prints are produced using museum-quality processes on premium archival fine art papers. For public art and interior and hospitality design projects, photographs are sometimes printed using archival inks on glass, silk, aluminum, and other substrates. All materials are selected for their longevity, tonal richness, and fidelity to the original artwork.
PRINT FRAMING AND MOUNTING
Most often prints are carefully packaged and shipped in a tube to you or a framer of your choice. If you would like guidance on framing options, acrylic face-mounting, or printing directly on glass or aluminum, Elena is happy to discuss the choices with you by phone or email in order to find an option that is tailored for your specific needs. Most framing/mounting is done by NYC labs, but she can also assist you in finding the right framer in your area.
LEAD TIME
For the print-only option, production typically requires one week. For framing, mounting, or printing on aluminum or other substrates, it can take two to four weeks to be ready to ship or deliver. Timelines can be coordinated to align with project deadlines.
